I have enjoyed &quot;stumbling across&quot; your blog site!  I like your values and faith, but would seriously question your desire to &quot;never leave&quot; Portland, Oregon (adding conveniently, unless God calls you)!!  That&#039;s great if God &quot;calls&quot; you, but surely your theology, hermeneutics, evangelicalism, ethics, christology, etc, will all expand and improve if you dared venture beyond the confines of Portland!  Who wants to stay in the same place in such a diverse world?  There&#039;s too much going on!  Why would you want to miss out on that?
